About the District of Columbia Lottery 2757


Lottery at District-of-Columbia has been a hit from the day it was established in 1982. During the opening week, it sold $3.5 million worth of tickets. After this first batch sold out, the istration ordered another 10 million.


DC Lottery, along with several other state lotteries, founded the Multi-State Lottery Association in 1987. The profits from the games get allocated between the expenses of the games and the DC General Fund of the state. Currently, more than a dozen games are available for District-of-Columbia State Lottery enthusiasts:

DC-2 – Choose two digits and one bet type out of six to win up to $50.

DC-3 – Pick three numbers, match them with nine different bids, and win up to $500.
